What We Do

Instituto Iracema is a non-profit civil society organization founded in May 2012 that carries out technology research, development and innovation projects under Brazil's Information Technology Act (Lei de Informática).

Embedded Systems and RF

Hardware, firmware and radio frequency: from coherent radar to telemetry and telecommand systems.

Medical Devices and Healthcare

Devices and software for diagnosis and monitoring, in partnership with manufacturers such as Magnamed and Siemens Healthineers.

Assistive Technology

Research that became a startup: Sala Braille, now run by InovaEye, and the BlindNav urban mobility platform for blind people.
