The projects executed here arrive through different funding routes. In all of them the money already exists — what changes is who pays, how much, and against what counterpart.
Information Technology Act
Your company is already required to invest 5% of its revenue in R&D. As an ICT accredited by CATI and headquartered in Fortaleza, the Institute is a valid destination for that investment — including the share the law reserves for ICTs in the Sudene region.

If your company files under lucro real and had taxable profit in the period, part of what it invests in R&D reduces the IRPJ and CSLL base — and contracting the Institute counts towards those outlays.
